Terms and Conditions – Win a Car - Promotion for Sales and Property Management
All those who list their property for sale (90 day exclusive) and the property settles OR they list their investment property (1 year Management) and the property is let during the promotion will receive one entry per property settled and leased into the draw to win a new car.
1. This is a Professionals Blackwood South Australia promotion.
2. To be eligible to enter the Professionals Win a Car promotion, a property owner/s must either
List their property for sale (90 day exclusive) and the property settles OR list their investment property (1 year Management) and the property is let during the promotion will receive one entry into the draw to win a new car.
3. Professionals Real Estate Group reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. Any listing not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
4. Information on how to enter and prizes, forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Entry is only open to South Australian property owners.
6. Employees (and their immediate families) of Professionals Blackwood & other franchise offices are ineligible to enter.
7. Only one entry is permitted per household, unless the property owner lists multiple properties for sale and management within the promotion period.
8. Entrants must be over the age of 18 at the time of entering.
9. Promotion commences on 4/12/09 and ends at 10am on 3/12/10.
10. The competition is limited to 100 entries. Therefore, once a total 100 properties are either sold & settled or a 12-month management agreement is signed and the property is leased, entry into the competition will close.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the new Holden Barina, valued at $13990. Insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The name of the winner will be placed into the public notices section in the Advertiser on Tuesday 7th Dec 2010 and in the Messenger on Wednesday 8th Dec 2010.
13. The draw will take place at 12noon on Friday 3rd December 2010 at Professionals Blackwood office at 208 Main Rd, SA Blackwood, 5051.
14. If a country entrant who lives more than 100km from Adelaide CBD is drawn out, then a proxy is to be nominated on their behalf. A Professionals staff member can also be nominated to act on their behalf.
15. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
16. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
18. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
19. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website, is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
20. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
21. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner may be required to sign legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
22. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any requests to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
